This Terms and Conditions Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") regulates the relationship between the sushi delivery service "Sussy" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") and the user (hereinafter referred to as the "User"). Lagidze 6, Tbilisi, Georgia Email: sussy.tbilisi@gmail.com Working hours: 12:00 - 00:00 By using the Service, the User unconditionally agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

The Service provides sushi and other meal delivery to the User's specified address within the delivery zone.

Orders are placed via the website or partner platforms (such as Wolt). The User must provide accurate contact details and delivery address. Once confirmed, order cancellations are only possible upon agreement with an operator.

Payment can be made online or upon receipt (cash or card, if available). Prices are listed in the national currency of Georgia (GEL) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Delivery time depends on courier workload and is approximate. If delivery is not possible due to the User's fault (incorrect address, absence at the location), re-delivery is charged separately.

If the User receives a poor-quality product or an incorrect order, they may contact customer support via email or phone. Refunds are only possible if delivery conditions or product quality standards are violated.

The Service is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure circumstances. The User agrees to use the Service in compliance with Georgian law.

The Service reserves the right to amend this Agreement without prior notice. The latest version is always available on the website.
